Jim McHugh released a soaring and passionate new riffing rock track just last month. ‘Cry My Name’ is a grand rendition of a modern alt rock track entwined with some glam rock elements and powerful vocals. The Irish multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter brings a new edge to the folk rock genre and blends traditional with indie styles laid over fast paced soundscapes.
McHugh’s latest is taken from his album ‘I Whisper To The Dawn’ which saw the light of day on the 31st of May this year, the album is his fourth and moves gently from deeply personal to observational with a focus on the shape of contemporary society. His previous releases gathered attention from Hotpress, Irish national radio station RTÉ RADIO 1 and KCLR to name a few and with this campaign is promising to have some more heads turned, and attentions peaked!
