Zoya Zafar – Tunnel Vision

The soft and shimmer Zoya Zafar brings to our playlists is a very memorable one. Her latest dream pop release is called ‘Tunnel Vision’ and will appear on her upcoming album ‘Some Songs’. The song is built on a soothing and warm alternative pop sound and on it her vocals take centre stage.

Born in Lahore, Pakistan and raised in Orlando, Florida, the self-taught musician and singer has been writing songs and playing locally since her teens, and the talent and determination shines through on this gently rippling pop song. ‘Tunnel Vision’ is carefully confident and was co-written with Max Helgemo, clearly this musical collaboration has been a fruitful one and, if you were to ask us, should be replicated at least once more.

‘Tunnel Vision’ is addictive, a hazy and infectious pop song perfect for swaying around the house while cleaning and enjoying the sound of hesitantly tapping rain drops on the windows. Zoya Zafar is a name to remember.
