Starsailor – Heavyweight
Wigan-born indie rock band Starsailor have just released their new single ‘Heavyweight’, it is an undeniably driving riffing rock track with a warm intro and a strong, punching hook. Soft yet abrasive vocals make the song a thrilling journey through time. Their sound edging on indie yet surpassing several different genres delivers the return the band needed. The song is taken from the upcoming album ‘Where The Wild Things Grow’ which is due for release on the 22nd of March!
Hector Gannet – The Minute Hand
North east-based folk rock artist Hector Gannet just released his new single ‘The Minute hand’, which he announced alongside his upcoming physical-only EP ‘Last Smoke Before Sail’. The song is a soft and subtle alternative folk track with strong vocals and soft guitar play. It’s a soft and warm-hearted sound, simple but reflective and easy to listen to. The hybrid solo-band project is led by Aaron Duff, and we’re looking forward to hear the entire EP.
