A thumping indie rock track was released by Atomic Tom, their latest musical brainchild is single ‘Let Me Show You How It’s Done’. It’s a The Vaccines and The Kook-esque sound with a riffing soundscape and strong yet rough around the edges vocals that take us on an exhilarating musical journey.
Their latest release is a gut punch showing us how to rock out, in the middle of the banging drums and driving guitar riffs is a “self-deprecating story of starry-eyed naivety, dark comedy and blockbuster daydreams to help you bang your head through the screen that you’ve been staring at all day.”
Atomic Tom are hailing from Brooklyn and grew up surrounding indie greats Interpol, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and The Strokes, evidently those are some of the great influences their latest release is drenched in. They stand out due to their ferocity and driving rhythms, and it’s making them a great act to add to our ones-to-watch list.
