Swedish singer songwriter and pop artist Noak Hellsing has released another incredible bop with single ‘Good News’. Its sugar-content is about as high as its pop-content, and ‘Good News’ will inevitably be stuck in your head for days on end.
He’s already left a significant mark on the Swedish pop scene, and further embraces the role of marker with ‘Good News’. Softly thumping and highlighting his hazy pop voice heavily, the single is a refreshing alternative pop track with hints of shimmering synths decorating its soundscape. Hellsing was more or less raised with a guitar in his arms which is adamant on this confident track. Although incredibly poppy, this sound is also undeniably his.
‘Good News’ is the focus track of his second EP ‘SHIFT’, which is a collection of five tracks showcasing a wide array of influences that have made his sound what it is today.
