Marking a major milestone as the first fruit of their reunion and an enticing preview of an EP set for release later this year, the track represents a triumphant new chapter. After originally splitting up years ago to pursue separate paths, core members Neil Walker, Kieran Docherty, and James Robertson reconvened in 2025 alongside drummer Craig Brown with a renewed creative vision. Recorded at Glasgow’s intimate Green Door Studio on analogue equipment, the band captured their raw, high-energy live sound with minimal studio manipulation, a deliberate choice reflecting their “what you hear is what you get” philosophy. Written by Walker late last year to reignite his song writing spark, the record channels mid-2000s influences while delivering catchy hooks, earnest spirit, and playful irreverence.
