‘It’s Alright’ is one of those singles that pulls you right in, no long introduction or more guitar riffs than needed. With outstanding and remarkable vocals Copper Monks are recognizable by their sound and tone of voice even though the band has been fluctuating between genres in search of what works and what doesn’t. The four-piece has been inspired by any form of rock and as individuals have earned their stripes with opening for artists such as Bo Diddley, They Might Be GIants, Suzanne Vega and drummer Chuck even filled in on drums at a Pearl Jam concert. This is one of those acts that deserve a lot more attention than they’re getting so give ‘It’s Alright’ a listen and let us know what your thoughts on it are!
