‘Let Me Know’ reminds me of every indie pop song that has been released the past year. With some cheeky hints at catchy boyband-choruses, the single isn’t all that special but Ives have still managed to package their new single into a refreshing breath of fresh air. I imagine, or actually find myself, dancing around the living room chanting along to the infectious chorus of the bands’ latest release.
The single has all elements of a successful pop song; captivating hooks, electrifying guitars and grand drums. The single talks of feeling of discomfort and a constant search for love. A simple and commercial success for sure, but again, not that special. I’ll give you the chance to check it out for yourself and I will dance on a little while longer… With ‘Let Me Know’ on repeat!
