North East-based artist Emma Robson has picked up pace and steam and just released her new single ‘Back To You’ written as an ode to her friendship with featured artist Elizabeth Liddle.
Combining the two angelic voices and bringing us an emotive and heartfelt ode to friendship was a choice well made. Both have been making strides within the scene, this collaboration is another grand stride and resulted in an instantly uplifting soft pop hit. Born from a need to celebrate differences, how they give us the ability to change our perspective on life, and look at things differently, the song is not only soothing, comforting, but also inspiring and brings a message rather necessary at this point in the world’s timeline.
“‘Back To You’ was recorded in a relaxed environment by three good friends. Billy Smith responsible for much of the instrumentation, and Elizabeth laying down her signature keys and vocals. The track came together with ease over one day of recording, transforming into an upbeat pop song from its acoustic roots.”
