The brand-new single ‘The Crease’ by Genuine Panama has everything we need: funky grooves, a smooth, balanced vocal well-suited to the style of music, and a catchy groove that is dangerously infectious, but in the best way possible, i.e. not contagious with adverse health risk affects – the only thing you’re at risk of from this song is of dancing without inhibitions as the feel-good vibes overpower all other feeling.
Calling both Birmingham and Bristol home, Genuine Panama, do (in their own words), ‘a wriggly, indie-soul type of business’.
