Austin-based up and comers Family Mart have just released their new single ‘Starlite’, it’s the latest musical brainchild of songwriter and vocalist Mike Lee. The single is a combination of indie pop and guitar-fuelled shoegaze which gives it its natural sparkle, makes it a slice of positivity. ‘Starlite’ is a comforting, hazy and catchy alternative pop track.
Lee has brought Daniel Hawkins and Daniel Schmidt (confusing?!) on board to perform live as Family Mart while they are also setting themselves up for the release of their debut EP early next year. The trio will be bringing their genre-blending sound to the stages and hearts of their still unknowing fans!
