His Lordship – I Live In The City

Short, sweet and sounding like the effects two shots of espresso have in the morning, that’s how we can best describe His Lordship’s new single ‘I Live In The City’. The punk rock track is fast paced, punchy and pungent, driven by rambling guitars and pounding drums and it is just what we needed to get us through a long workday!

The single is drenched in 50’s rock n roll mania and breathes a breath of fresh air into our ears. The song reflects grumbling buses, the sound of tubes and honking taxi drivers, ‘I Live In The City’ translates the chaos of cities into an exciting track we don’t mind as much as we do the shouting of grumpy morning commuters. We’re not a fan of the city, but ‘I Live In The City’ is His Lordship’s ode to London, and they are almost making it sound charming, because we love a good dose of rock n roll!

As if the single itself wasn’t exciting enough, the band are embarking on a UK tour in 2023, find live dates below and hopefully we’ll see you at The Cluny on the 1st of April!
